The next chapter of Viterbit requires a creative, narrative-driven, AI-first marketing leader who can define our category, shape our voice, and build a high-impact marketing engine.

What you’ll lead


You will own the global marketing function and manage a multidisciplinary team including:


  • Communications & Content Lead
  • Senior Designer
  • Growth / Demand Generation Manager
  • GTM Marketing Specialist - Spain
  • GTM Marketing Specialist - Mexico


You’ll work directly with the founders and the rest of the leadership team.


What you’ll do


1. Marketing Strategy & Category Creation

  • Own Viterbit’s marketing strategy across Spain and Mexico.
  • Build and defend a bold category narrative around AI Recruiter Agents + next-gen ATS.
  • Position Viterbit as the default OS for frontline hiring at scale.
  • Lead all brand, communications and GTM initiatives.


2. Demand Generation

  • Build and scale a multi-channel engine focused on opportunity creation and pipeline influence.
  • Design creative, high-leverage campaigns that Sales can feel in real time.
  • Partner closely with Revenue to hit SQL and ACV targets in both markets.


3. Brand, Storytelling & Content

  • Elevate visual and creative quality across every asset.
  • Build a content engine powered by AI workflows, video, campaigns, and distribution.
  • Own communications, PR, product launches, and corporate narrative.


4. AI-Native Marketing

  • Integrate AI into every workflow to accelerate content, campaigns, and experimentation.
  • Push the boundaries of modern marketing with velocity, originality, and scale.


5. Team Leadership

  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of 5+ marketing professionals.
  • Set direction, define clear objectives, coach talent, and build a high-performance culture.
  • Foster creativity, speed, experimentation, and ownership.

Requisitos

Who you are


Must-have experience


  • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven success leading teams of 5 or more across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong background in demand generation, storytelling, brand and GTM.
  • Experience marketing AI-driven or technically complex products.
  • Track record owning full-funnel marketing (awareness → SQL → revenue).
  • Comfortable operating in Spain and Mexico.
