🎯 We're looking for a Marketing Manager

👩‍🚀 Your Mission

Turn our marketing plan into real, well-executed projects. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day coordination, making sure everything runs smoothly across the marketing team.

What will your day-to-day look like?

📊 You’ll design, implement, and review Viterbit’s Marketing Strategy.

🧑🏻‍🎨 You’ll create promotional material and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels.

💭 You’ll develop direct social media strategies and continuously monitor and improve SEO.

💸 You’ll manage marketing campaign budgets, evaluate performance, and troubleshoot underperforming actions.

🧗🏻‍♀️ You’ll build plans to maximize the company’s market share and profitability.

🤓 You’ll keep an eye on trends in the HR and SaaS space.

🔎 You’ll analyze feedback across different channels and come up with new ways to promote Viterbit.

🤝 You’ll engage with our audience to help build a strong brand voice and a loyal following.

What you’ll bring to the team...

• 3–4 years of experience as part of Marketing teams (experience in the software/SaaS industry is a plus).
• A strong data-driven and strategic mindset, combined with the ability to manage operations and meet deadlines.
• You’re a strategic thinker, creative, problem-solver, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and hard-working.
• You love turning goals, objectives, ideas, or KPIs into actionable plans.
• You enjoy influencing and persuading others, and you find creative ways to solve problems.
• You’re fluent both in Spanish and English — and in Google Analytics 😉
